Our company is averaging 14 to 24 real estate transactions per month. Soon we will be averaging 25 to 40 real estate transactions per month.

About Mr. John Long
John Long comes from a family with five brothers and one sister. His parents are Reverend and Mrs. J. W. Long, Jr. John grew up in Carolina Beach, NC and was very active in sports. He achieved All-Star awards in basketball,soccer and baseball. His high school basketball team won the State Championship in 1984 and went on to receive a W for the Regional game against West Virginia. John received the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award of that game. In 1985, John was voted MVP of New Hanover County, North Carolina by the Army for the 65 goals he scored in his high school soccer career. He also played soccer at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia briefly before his grades got him in trouble.
In 1988, he had a motorcycle accident that nearly took his life. After 4 ½ years in college, John started working for his older brother, David, selling incentive programs for employees to companies likes Wal-Mart, Sam’s and real estate offices. He traveled up and down the east coast until he got tired and lonely being on the road all the time. He finally took a job as Manager of Aamco Transmissions. He asked Jesus into his life and married his lovely wife, Jori in October of 1994. They now have five children together, three boys and two girls.
Almost a year later, June of 1995, he started his own transmission shop and was very successful. However, he felt like he was missing something and wanted more ambition in life. In July of 2000, he was watching TV late one night and saw these small twins talking about real estate. He always talked about wanting to do real estate investment and decided to buy the $49.95 course. Little did he know, the one late night in July would change his financial outlook on life. After receiving the course, he soon found out that he needed additional information to do this business. This was the beginning of his journey as a Real Estate Investor.
His first deal was with his neighbor who was getting ready to move. He convinced him he could sell his house, but he would need to lease it from him and then rent it to a tenant/buyer. He paid too much money a month, but still managed to make $50.00 a month positive cash flow. He also got a $3,000.00 non-refundable earnest money deposit from the tenant/buyer.
He ran an ad in the newspaper and drove around neighborhoods looking for deals. The next deal he got was a house that needed a little work. The owners had found another house they could buy at a great deal but could not find a buyer for their present house. He told them he would lease option their house and find a tenant/buyer. He also told them that he would not make his first payment for two months. He marketed the home “as is” and instead of a tenant/buyer, a couple bought the home outright for an $18,000.00 profit to John.
John quickly realized that this business was for real and put his heart into it. The rest is history as he still makes progress to be successful as a real estate investor. He sold his transmission shops in 2002 and devotes all of his time and energy into this business.
This year his Goal is to make $5,000,000.00 in Profit, not sales. John is definitely on the right track and Controls over $20,000,000.00 in Assets.
